dried in

Day 42: Flashed around windows.

Installed the display windows.

Dennis cut the trim around the display windows and finished screwing the subfloor to the trailer. He came all the way from Long Island, NY to help with the tiny house. We appreciate it!

Joe made a temporary door for the tiny house. We are dried in!

Day 41: Ordered siding and metal roof at ProBuild. Installed the other wall of windows.

Day 40: Installed one wall of windows.

Dad pan-fried my homemade dumplings at the work site.

Day 39: Sheathed dormer side walls, lay roofing felt on lower roof.

Day 38: Sheathed and taped dormer side walls and upper front and rear walls,

lay roofing felt on lower roof.

Day 37 (half day): Framed and sheathed exterior storage.

Ecology studies the interrelationship between organisms and their environment. It originates from the German word okologie, first used in 1873.

This blog documents one organism's interactions with her environment.
