Day 22 (rain): After another soaking, I cut off the flashing that had curled up around the bottom edge of the subfloor. (It was funneling rain under the subfloor.) Unleveled the trailer again to so things would hopefully dry.
Cut standard rafter template and dormer sides.
Day 21: Zack and Roger helped brace the ridge beam.
Day 20: Even though we had followed the plans, it was looking like we were going to exceed the 13.5ft maximum road height. I took a lot of measurements, came up with a plan to make the walls shorter, and consulted a few people. Dan Louche of Tiny Home Builders convinced me that by ripping the ridge beam and the trailer settling under all the weight of a finished tiny house, we'd be okay.
Ripped most of the loft joists down to 2x4s and spaced them 12in. on center to give Matt two more inches of sitting up room in the loft.
