Master of Brew

Wednesday night, Matt and I joined Jessica and Forest at the Beer Club (and Trivia) for the first time. The challenge was trying to name all the beers in the sampling cups, and the winner goes home with the six-pack of his/her choice. If there's a tie, then it's a drink-off with a mix of beers you have to identify.

I joke and say Matt was most proud of me
a) when I completed my AT thru-hike, and
b) when I won "the whole freakin' thing" at Beer Club.

Perfect score, too. And four drink-off rounds. Matt gets to enjoy the beer I bring home. I'll pretend I knew what I was doing. ;-)

Ecology studies the interrelationship between organisms and their environment. It originates from the German word okologie, first used in 1873.

This blog documents one organism's interactions with her environment.
What would be the hope of being personally whole in a dismembered society, or personally healthy in a landscape scalped, scraped, eroded, and poisoned, or personally free in a land entirely controlled by the government [or corporations], or personally enlightened in an age illuminated only by TV? - Wendell Berry
