This year was supposed to be easier. I'm back at the same school, teaching subjects I'd already taught before. But twenty more students, alternating classrooms, and three preps have redefined the game. Plus I always have a drive to "do better" that I can't ignore (which means revamping lessons, their order, and grading systems), and I'm determined this year to make my school more organized. It's another year of hard work.

Revamping...I feel your pain right now myself! And suffer from that same ailment of rising to the occasion....
