my goodness

It saddens me that someone could be driven so far. It's the ultimate selfish act.

I didn't find out who was responsible until just now, and I could feel myself tense up when I saw his picture on NPR. I dread the backlash it'll have on the Asian American community. (I guess you're a minority when the wayward deed of one person can undermine the public perception of your entire group.) Ethnic media addresses this.
