bed hair

"Ms. Chang, did you get a haircut?"

"No...."

"Oh, it looks different. It's got more body."

"Oh that? I washed it." Borrowing Liz's classic line. My girls didn't know what to make of me. Mommy, if you're reading, I know you're horrified, but a) it's the truth and b) you've got to play with them a little. ;-)

Almost two years later, I'm still sometimes unnerved by the fact that all those pairs of eyes stare at me all day and notice things like the volume of my hair.
